Current Focus and Projects

Urbanized Development is actively investing in the continued transformation of the Milwaukee 30th Street Industrial Corridor through strategic acquisition, redevelopment, and partnership initiatives.

Adullam Building Redevelopment and Technology Modernization

Ongoing structural, interior, and infrastructure upgrades at the Adullam property, including networking installation, electrical modernization, space build-outs, and technology integration. This investment supports long-term operational sustainability and anchors continued corridor revitalization.

Environmental Green Infrastructure Initiative

In partnership with GreenPrint Partners, Urbanized is advancing environmentally responsible site improvements, green infrastructure planning, and sustainable development strategies that move the corridor toward a cleaner, greener urban environment.

3011 North 30th Street Commercial Rebuild

Full roof replacement and structural redevelopment of a key commercial property to return it to productive use. This project represents continued reinvestment in previously distressed commercial assets.

Transforming 30th Street: Industrial to Green Community Hub

A long-term redevelopment strategy focused on repositioning the 30th Street Industrial Corridor into a mixed-use district defined by quality housing, active commercial space, environmental design, and community-centered investment.

30th Street Bike Trail Advocacy and Partnership

Active partnership and advocacy in support of the 30th Street Bike Trail initiative to improve connectivity, public access, and corridor appeal while increasing long-term property value and neighborhood activation.

Restoring Jobs and Economic Activity

Urbanized supports business reestablishment and job creation through property acquisition and tenant partnerships, including automotive repair, woodshop operations, childcare facilities, group homes, and skilled construction trades. The goal is to reintroduce productive commerce and employment back into the corridor.
